Collaboration with the TODD Manchester studio  for a significant urban renewal project around a Victorian Mill in Yorkshire.

The project will deliver up to 700 new affordable homes with workspace and community facilities arranged around new landscaped courtyards and pedestrian streets.

Design proposals take inspiration from the robust architecture of the Victorian mill complex in terms of massing and physical presence and the domesticity of adjacent Victorian terraces.
