With over 17 years of experience designing and delivering complex projects for awarding winning practice Hawkins\Brown, Marvin Chik Studios fulfils my passion for both architecture and visualisation to form a new collaborative studio based in Manchester.
As well as my own commissions, I'm keen to work with clients on a diverse range of projects. My design process involves looking at every scheme from first principles to reveal the characteristics that will make a project distinct.
I engage with clients through a highly visual approach that utilise a range of digital processes to produce concept imagery and animations. This allows clients to gain a clear understanding of the vision - its spatial qualities, lighting and material finishes.

Outside of running the new studio my devoted wife Julie and two daughters keep me grounded. In calmer times my interests include travelling, cooking and photography.
